So eight years ago I decided I wanted to play an instrument, I wasn’t quite sure which one but I knew I
wanted to. I picked up some drum sticks and thought I could try out the drums for a while… Didn’t work for
me at all, seems that I can’t keep a drum beat for the life of me. Then I picked up a guitar and figured I’d give
it a shot. Next thing I know I’ve learned four or five songs and decided that I should keep it up, so I did.
Lackey High School came around faster than I thought and I noticed that they had a guitar class. I decided to
sign up for it, what a big mistake that was. The teacher of the class told us to go out and buy a book for
learning guitar, the problem being that he needed the book more than we did. So finished the course without
learning a single thing from the teacher, but a whole lot from the four books. Tenth grade rolls around and I
meet this guitarist named Ben Wilmot, he liked to play 80’s metal.. So me and him set out to form a band.
Eventually we found a bassist and drummer, but had no such luck when it came to a singer. So we stayed
together for a good amount of time and decided to name the band Without Dante. That may sound kinda
funny but its due to the fact that our bassist(Dante) never seemed to show up for practice. Came up with a
few songs and then split up after about 4 years of being together. Then I went around wondering what to do
now that I’m no longer in a band. I almost quit playing. Next thing I knew Amanda( My girlfriend ) walks up to
me and asks me if I want to go see her cousins band play. So Dec. 27th 2008 we go to MBP (My Brother's
Place), a club in Waldorf, Maryland, and we started hanging out with them. I mentioned that I play guitar and
they want to know what style and how good I am. I’m sitting here wondering why and they bring up that there
guitarist Devin is leaving the band, and that they need a new one. So I get home and get on there myspace
page and try to learn there songs by ear. I go to a few practices and next thing I know I'm in the band. That
brings us to now and well… I'm just glad I can praise and play music at the same time.

5a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace,and
a time to refrain from embracing;
6a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a
time to cast away;
7a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to
speak;
